All prints sold through Heather Kitchen Photography are produced to order.
Because of the nature of fine-art printing, returns are limited and handled on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping
All prints are carefully packaged and shipped to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping times vary depending on print size and production requirements. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
If you experience a delivery delay or issue, please contact us so we can assist.

Everything else on the page can stay exactly as-is.
Damaged or Defective Prints
If your print arrives damaged or with a production defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage and packaging
If the damage or defect is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Returns and Exchanges
Fine-art prints are custom-produced and are not eligible for return or exchange due to:
- Change of mind
- Size selection
- Color or tonal preference
- Framing decisions
Please review product details carefully before placing your order. If you have questions about sizing, paper, or presentation, you are encouraged to contact us prior to purchase.
Sale Items
Discounted or sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

Shipping Issues
Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside of our control. If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us so we can assist in tracking or resolution.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before production begins. Once a print has entered production, the order cannot be canceled.
